This year, MONTRÉAL EN LUMIÈRE celebrates knowledge, which is why Renoir restaurant (Sofitel Montréal Le Carré Doré) will open its kitchen to Joseph Viola. A Meilleur Ouvrier de France, this famous chef from Lyon also teaches at the Izmir University of Economics in Turkey. Mr. Viola will be joined by a graduate from this renowned Turkish institution for his visit at Renoir during MONTRÉAL EN LUMIÈRE.
