      For their 25th participation in the festival, La Chronique welcomes Chef Grégoire Gillard, a young Belgian chef. After working in renowned restaurants in France and Belgium, such as Le Louis XV and L'Air du Temps, he opened his own restaurant, Barge, in 2019. In 2023, Barge was awarded one Michelin star and one green star. He has the honor of participating in the festival for two evenings that should not be missed at La Chronique.

        Barge
        Grégoire Gillard is a young Belgian chef who has worked at some of the world's top restaurants, including Comme chez Soi - Lionel Rigolet* in Brussels and Le Louis XV - Alain Ducasse*** in Monaco. He was Sang Hoon Degeimbre's Second at L'air du temps** for four years, which will play a major role in shaping the young chef's philosophy. Opening in 2019, Barge lives by the rhythm of the seasons through a subtle and refined cuisine, breaking away from gastronomic shackles in a spirit of sharing and freedom. In homage to nature and regional products from small producers, Grégoire Gillard shares his eco-responsible vision by giving pride of place to vegetables and organic products through a generous and delicate cuisine. In March 2023, Barge was awarded with one Michelin Star as well as one Green Sustainable star
