Imagine a tour of the Jean-Talon market with renowned chef Stelio Perombelon to buy food that will be used to prepare a tasty meal with him, for you and the person of your choice. You will then enjoy, along with the eclectic jazz of Doro Musique, the excellent dinner that you will have cooked, paired with wines suggested by sommelier Éric Chevrier of the ITHQ. To top it off: a dessert in demonstration with the pastry chef Éric Champagne. An unforgettable evening on the menu!

Graduated from the ITHQ in sommellerie in 2002, Éric Chevrier also received the Relais & Châteaux scholarship in 2002 (internship in sommellerie at the Relais & Châteaux Moulin de l'Abbaye). Sommelier at the Cocagne Bistro orgueilleux (the former Toqué! On St-Denis), then maître d’hôtel at the Club St-James, sommelier and maître d’hôtel of the Vauvert at Saint-Paul hotel, director of Hôtel Place d'Armes’ restaurant, since April 2012 he has been maître d’hôtel and head sommelier at Restaurant de l’ITHQ.
