New York chef Daniel Eddy learned all about French cuisine as he was working at the renowned Spring restaurant in Paris. When he got back to New York, he opened Rebelle restaurant, a critically acclaimed establishment, in the East Village. Currently executive chef at the Walnut Street Café in Philadelphia, the young chef, whose reputation is second to none, will be with us for two exclusive evenings. He will show his love for revisited French cuisine, while also honouring his Nicaraguan origins.
