The little story... of a big dream. It begins Wednesday, September 12, 2007, as the young Pier-Alexis Soulière arrives at the door of La Chronique. It's the beginning of a long and fruitful collaboration. PA, as we like to call him, quickly becomes an integral part of the restaurant. Devoted, he makes his mark with the customers by recommending impeccable food and wine pairings. A decade later, with the title of "Master Sommelier", many courses to his credit, trips and internships all over the world, our young prodigy is back home. In May 2018, he won the prestigious "Best Sommelier of the Americas" competition. His dream continues and becomes ours too: he wants to become the "Best sommelier in the world".
A welcome cocktail will be followed by a five-course meal paired with the wines selected by PA. Some will be chosen from the prestige wines of the Mark Anthony house, with the precious collaboration of Mr. Jacques Bélec. PA will comment on his choices and the connection with the menus created by our chefs.
16 seats per night will be available, all at the same table.
** An amount of $ 25 per menu will be given to Pier-Alexis to help him continue his training.
