Candide welcomes Anne and Arnaud from the Cadet Roussel farm, located in Mont-Saint-Grégoire. Known for being on the cutting edge of biodynamics in Quebec, the farm aims to maintain the balance between its various components: the soil, plants, animals and humans. The menu will consist mainly of canned summer vegetables, as well as fresh winter vegetables. Everything will be done with love, precision and refinement, as usual.
