Chef Samuel Sauve-Lamothe from Radicelle returns to "his roots" by welcoming Richard Desjardins, his former ITHQ teacher. In collaboration with young artisan producers from Quebec, the chefs will make it possible to rediscover the regional cuisine through a six-course meal.
