A starred evening at the Alexandre et fils
Alain Creton, Eric Lecerf
Two great chefs will gather to create two wonderful evenings at the Alexandre et fils restaurant. On the one hand, we will meet Éric Lecerf, who has been awarded two stars at the Maison Astor in Paris and two stars as an associate chef at L'Atelier Joël Robuchon. Éric Lecerf has spent more than 30 years working alongside this leading figure in gastronomy. The chef, who once served the King of Morocco and the former French President François Mitterand, will adapt his tasty French cuisine to Quebec products. On the other hand, we will have Christian Faure on site, who was crowned "Meilleur Ouvrier de France" as a pastry chef. After doing his apprenticeship with great chefs, who were also acclaimed as "Meilleurs Ouvriers de France", and working for many years to perfect his art, Christian Faure opened his own school specialized in French pastry in Montreal, as well as two boutiques; one in Old Montreal and the other in downtown Montreal. The combined efforts of the two chefs will surely satisfy you!
