You definitely don't want to miss this visit from chef Uri Jeremias, who comes from Uri Buri restaurant in Akko, Israel. There is nothing this former fisherman and diver who lived next to the Mediterranean Sea doesn’t know about seafood products. The self-taught chef began by cooking these products for his friends, exploring dozens of ways to prepare them in a simple and flavourful manner. Thanks to Uri Jeremias’ jovial and generous nature and to his long white beard à la Santa Claus, it will certainly be a treat to hear him talk about fish preparation, cooking techniques and important basic ingredients.
