Come and warm up to the Guadeloupean sun during two evening events organized with Arnaud Bloquel, a Maître Restaurateur who is the chef/owner of Orchidea restaurant in Saint-François, Guadeloupe. Before opening his own restaurant in the Caribbean, the chef deepened his knowledge and perfected his craft working with several famous chefs such as Christian Constant and Joel Robuchon. The team at Margaux will host this friendly and curious chef, along with his second in command, Dave Pakiry, winner of the “Senteurs et Saveurs Créoles” contest. They will create a four-course menu inspired by the enticing flavors of the Caribbean.
