We invite you to a dinner spotlighting winter products, curated by chef Adrien Renaud, an ardent advocate of Quebec’s agriculture and local products, young pastry chef Valentin Rouyé, Benjamin Mauroy-Langlais, who was recently named Canada’s Best Young Chef at the San Pellegrino Young Chef 2018 competition and Maxime Rouyé, who mans the stoves at La Table des Gourmets in Val-David. This outstanding quartet will be joined by producers and winemakers from the Montreal area.
