44-year old Claes Grännsjö is a Swedish chef of Korean descent (adopted). He graduated from the Nobelgymnasiet school in Karlstad, Sweden, but truly learned his craft by working at Bagatelle in Oslo (2 Michelin stars) as well as 28+ (2 Michelin stars) and Kock & Vin (1 Michelin star) in Gothenburg. Serving a sophisticated cuisine filled with street food influences, Claes is currently the co-owner of Nook restaurant.
