        Bruno Clair represents the sixth generation of winemakers since his family began the process in 1919. Since 1986, he has been at the head of Domaine Bruno Clair, where he works on 17 hectares of farmland with his children and produces 32 different appellations. Three years ago, they took up vitiforestry by planting trees in a plot.

        Domaine Raoul Gautherin et Fils
        Adrien Gautherin is part of the 14th generation to exercise expertise at Domaine Gautherin, in Burgundy, handed down from father to son since 1585. He arrived at the 17-hectare estate in 2008 after studying viticulture and oenology, and has been co-managing the vineyard alongside his father, Alain, since 2015. Today, he is solely in charge of vinification, to which he brings his creativity and passion. Between tradition and modernity, Adrien demonstrates that these two visions of viticulture are not in opposition, but rather complement each other.
