Chef-owner of Cafe’ Giovanni for almost 20 years, Duke LoCicero has brought the cuisine of his native New Orleans to the international gastronomy scene. The chef developed a “New World Italian Cuisine” based on a genuine artistic vision, combining American, French, Italian and Creole flavours with rigour and culinary mastery. Having cooked for president Bush, president Mitterand and many other important figures, his culinary creations have brought this trendsetter an array of awards and distinctions, including the Master Taster Award from the Masters of Taste of the Chefs In America Awards Foundation.
