Nuit blanche Around the World
Since the first Nuit blanche in Paris in 2002, the concept—an original idea
conceived by Christophe Girard, deputy mayor in charge of culture for the Mairie
de Paris—has spread to the four corners of the planet, winning over new cities
every year. no fewer than twenty urban ambassadors showcase and support the project.
It’s a beautiful idea: to foster the expression of art and culture throughout one
special night by encouraging, generating and inviting wonder, discovery, curiosity
and enchantment. Montreal is proud to take part in this event for a 10th year!
