Following the resounding success of the last two editions, with culinary creations
from competing chefs tested and judged by over 400 taste buds, the Toqués des fromages
d’ici competition is back again this year for the delight of all festival-goers!
Join us as four chefs to outdo each other in this unique culinary event.
Every guest will act as judge and pick out their favourite from this year’s 12 culinary
creations concocted from local cheeses, served over three thematic courses, and
paired with superb wines. A joint initiative from the Fédération des producteurs
de Lait du Québec and MONTRÉAL EN LUMIÈRE, the Presenting: Quebec Chefs and Cheeses
evening will once again showcase the immense talents of our local chefs and artisans.
Food lovers and connoisseurs alike are invited to this third edition of the Toqués
des fromages d’ici competition, where four chef finalists will surpass themselves
in their quest to win, thrilling taste buds along the way. Only one will walk away
with the $5,000 grand prize.
