Given the resounding success of the three previous editions of this most original
evening, where more than 400 guests tasted and then judged the creations of the
chefs participating in the Toqués des fromages d’ici competition, again this year
four chefs will outdo each other, much to festival-goers’ delight.
The guests on the judges’ panel will render their decisions about the 12 inspired
culinary creations, all concocted from local cheeses, and served in three theme-based
courses paired with superb wines.
Initiated jointly by the Fédération des producteurs de lait du Québec and MONTRÉAL
EN LUMIÈRE, the Presenting: Quebec Chefs and Cheeses evening will once again showcase
the immense talents of our local chefs and artisans.
Food lovers and connoisseurs alike are invited to savour this fourth edition of
the Toqués des fromages d’ici competition, where four chef finalists will surpass
themselves in their quest for the title, while thrilling taste buds along the way.
Only one will walk away with the $5,000 Grand Prize.
