After 14 years spent manning the stoves at Toqué!, Charles-Antoine Crête will oblige us one last time. He will be joined in the kitchen by the restaurant's former staff-Cheryl Johnson (Breeze, Phuket), Hugues Dufour (M. Wells, New York), Mehdi Brunet Benkritly (Sardine, New York), and Guillaume Sylvestre (Productions Watt, La Tuque).
