In 2010, Wallpaper* magazine hailed Emmanuelle Leftick as one of the most promising chefs in America. In her twenties, this ITHQ graduate fueled her passion in such prestigious establishments as Susur, The French Laundry, Maison Troisgros, and El Bulli before becoming sous-chef at avant-garde restaurant Benu. Corey Lee, her employer and mentor, has noted that she possesses an innate understanding of cuisine aesthetics and a work ethic that will help her fulfill her enormous potential.
