A unique event based on partnership

Born out of a shared commitment by the region’s tourism, governmental and business sectors and created in collaboration with Montreal’s cultural and dining establishments, the MONTREAL HIGH LIGHTS Festival seeks to remind both residents and visitors alike that this city thrives in winter. In addition to enhancing Montréal residents’ quality of life, one of the event’s goals is to generate considerable economic spin-offs for the region.
