Chasse-Galerie and Kitchen Galerie will trade kitchens on February 26 and 27 to offer a six or eight-course meal that represents their restaurant in a different setting. Thus, chef Mathieu Bourdages and his brigade will bring their know-how to Chasse-Galerie on February 26, and chef Alexandre St-Amand Tremblay will bring his team to Kitchen Galerie on February 27.
