Gérald Le Gal and his daughter Ariane team up with our chef Julien Laporte to offer you an evening filled with local and northern flavours. Informed and inspired by the traditions of indigenous peoples, Gérald and Ariane have learned how to find the tastiest treats hidden in the forests of Quebec and how to bring out all of their flavours. The father-daughter duo will be at Au Petit Extra to introduce you to healthy and wild local products that are still too little known. Our chef will cook up a five-course menu spotlighting several of these products harvested from our beautiful wilderness. Mr. Le Gal and his daughter will also tell you about the origins of these products and their many culinary possibilities. Join us for a unique evening in a welcoming atmosphere.
