La Chronique is pleased to welcome Julien Lefebvre, executive chef of Château Cordeillan-Bages, located just outside of Bordeaux. Standing on the famous “route des châteaux” in the Médoc region, this elegant Relais & Châteaux belongs to the Cazes family, who also owns the Château Lynch-Bages in Pauillac. The Château’s gourmet restaurant, a member of the Grandes Tables du Monde, shares the art of wine as a way of life. During MONTRÉAL EN LUMIÈRE, the flavours of this fertile region of France will mingle with the finest products from Quebec as chefs Olivier de Montigny and Marc De Canck cook up a storm with their guest Julien Lefebvre. Heavenly aromas will fill the air at La Chronique—a place where happiness can truly be found on your plate!
$125, before wine (tax and tip not included)
