Grégory Faye, executive chef of restaurant W Montreal, began his career with Michelin-starred chefs in such prestigious establishments as the Four Seasons Hotel George V. While working there, he met Nicolas Borombo, whom he is pleased to have as a guest for the festival. Having shared their knowledge over a period of three years, the two chefs complement each other beautifully. They look forward to cooking up a storm and sharing all their expertise with the brigade to offer you a five-course meal. Local and fresh products, such as scallops, foie gras, and truffles, will be served with a touch of Basque inspiration. Come savour the joy of their reunion!
