This year for the festival, Gilles Tolen welcomes a chef he has worked with in the past: David Baroche, the chef and owner of Brasserie Baroche in Paris. A rock’s throw away from the Champs-Élysées, the restaurant, affectionately dubbed “Le Baroche,” takes pride in offering high quality products and a personalized service. Chef David Baroche and his team know how to create memorable moments with their mouth-watering gourmet offerings. David Baroche has earned a reputation as the “restaurateur of restaurateurs” because the greatest Michelin-starred chefs come to his table. In the heart of downtown Montreal, La Société serves a French bistro menu beautifully enhanced by regional products, in a friendly and inviting décor. The two chefs will team up to serve a unique menu in a vibrant atmosphere.

Brasserie Baroche

The son and grandson of pork butchers—a profession he has chosen for himself—David Baroche became a cook because of his passion for processing products. In his establishment on the Champs-Élysees, he revisits the classics of French cuisine, and modernizes traditional charcuteries.
