The chefs take over the dining room for a cooking class with the renowned Cristian Broglia, Chef Ambassador of ALMA, International School of Italian Cuisine until recently run by the late maestro, Gualtiero Marchesi! Creating an interactive environment, the chefs will open up their recipe books, sharing some of their best-kept secrets. Participants will cook, gather together and taste a variety of charcuterie, naturally, accompanied by the finest Italian wines!

A graduate from the institute of tourism and hotel management in Salsomaggiore Terme (Parma), Cristian Broglia became a full professor at ALMA in 2004. Over the past few years, he has given cooking classes in many different countries and organized various events for the Istituto Valorizzazione Salumi Italiani (IVSI), an organization promoting Italian charcuterie products.
