École des métiers de la restauration et du tourisme de Montréal

Born in France, where he also received his education, Bernard L’Hôte worked in Switzerland, Denmark and the United States before settling in Montreal in 2008. He was the executive chef at several of the city’s fine establishments, including the Delta Montreal Hotel, NÜVÜ Bistro, and S Le Restaurant, before becoming a chef and instructor at the École des métiers de la restauration et du tourisme de Montréal.
