Alain Verzeroli’s culinary journey is paved with stars. He learned his craft in such prestigious restaurants as Taillevent and with the famed Guy Savoy, among others. As a young chef, he quickly took on the highest responsibilities at l’Arpège, Alain Passard’s restaurant. In 1993, he entered the wonderful world of Joël Robuchon, which first brought him to Paris. Now based in Tokyo, he oversees one of the finest tables in Japan, Joël Robuchon Restaurant, which is set in a French castle. Active in Japan since 2008, the Michelin Guide rapidly awarded Verzeroli its three coveted stars, which the chef has maintained to this day. The brigade of Montreal’s L’Atelier de Joël Robuchon is thrilled to welcome this brilliant artist.
