Come savour the flavours of Belgium during MONTRÉAL EN LUMIÈRE! Discover delicious Belgian specialties with our distinguished guests: chef Jean-Baptiste Thomaes from Le Château du Mylord (two Michelin stars) as well as culinary workshop supervisor Johan Forton and pastry maker Emmanuel Simon, who both hail from the Institut Emile Gryzon in Brussels. During the evening, beer expert Laurent Devos from the Institut Roger Lambion and sommelier Eric Chevrier from the ITHQ will offer you a sweet accord. This Belgian delegation will be joined by the Restaurant de l’ITHQ’s executive chef, Jonathan Lapierre, and by a brigade of students supervised by chef and professor Benoît Lenglet.
