In one of the ITHQ’s professional kitchens, chef Hakim Chajar shows you how to create three different dishes. Savour the fruits of your labour with wines from Quebec and Canada, which will be paired and described by an expert sommelier.
Our workshops are open to people with limited mobility, but may not be adapted to their needs (e.g. counter heights).

Winner of the program Les Chefs! La revanche on ICI Radio-Canada in 2014, Hakim is a disciplined and meticulous chef. Those qualities earned him a grant from Les grands chefs Relais et Châteaux in 2010. Today, Hakim is the ambassador of the new ITHQ program, International Cuisine and Gastronomy, and is filming a “doculinaire” which will be broadcast in 2016.
