A team of researchers from the ITHQ and Université Laval have decided to address the challenge of the food group that generates the most waste in the food chain: vegetables! Let them show you all the possibilities of less-than-perfect vegetables, and get some ideas from expert chefs to bring out all their fine flavours.
Our workshops are open to people with limited mobility, but may not be adapted to their needs (e.g. counter heights).
