Håkan Thörnström, chef and owner of restaurant Thörnströms Kök in Gothenburg, Sweden, is known for his avant-garde regional cuisine. He constantly strives to develop his know-how and perfect his art, drawing inspiration from the people around him. He will join forces with chef Jean-Baptiste Marchand to prepare a gourmet 5-course meal combining La Fabrique’s excellent bistro cuisine with Thörnström’s contemporary Scandinavian style. God aptit!

Chef Håkan Thörnström began his career as an apprentice at Elite Park Avenue Hotel in Gothenburg. After completing his culinary studies, he worked in several of Gothenburg’s prestigious hotels and was the chef of the Swedish Royal Navy. He is now the chef and owner of Thörnströms kök, a restaurant establishment with two locations in Sweden.
